Select the "Leave Town" selection. Click to the left of the armor shop to find Mr. Bear and collect 2000 gold. Killing the Lord Of The Orgs
During the one of the fights during the "Dark Castle" quest, click on the Lord Of The Orgs' sword. Your character will now have a weapon that is effective against the final Boss of the game, but is relatively useless against most other opponents.
