 Rocks are easy to avoid with correctly timed jumps. Trees will roll the snowball back up quickly, and their height requires a double jump. They become more difficult to navigate when they begin appearing between rocks. Animals vary in size. Penguins and beavers are the size of rocks and are easy to dodge. The antlers of reindeers require that you jump over them. Birds will either fly directly at you or place themselves just above you to spoil jumps. Snowmen are the most dangerous obstacle, but are also infrequent. They will start in full form when they first enter the snowball, and will be as tall as a tree. After jumping over them, they will lose a snowball and will be slightly taller than a rock. After the next jump they will degrade to their boot and hat which also need to be avoided. Obstacles appear in sets. Once a set is complete, there will be a brief pause before the next set of obstacles appears. Focus on the left side to know what will be next while noting what is about to roll up the snowball on the right side. Some sets of obstacles appear in a position where you must pass over the entire object in a single jump. Plan carefully, as a misstep will not allow a second chance.
