You will randomly draw three cards each turn then select which hero to get them from. Use different strategies for different fights. For some, you may need to use buffs on a single hero in order to attack a single target. In other cases area of effect damage cards may be more useful to hit multiple enemies. Use heroes that are the most useful, such as those that can cause the best damage. Try to do damage first and take out as many enemies as possible. Start with high damage cards and on taking out as many enemies as possible with them. If you are facing a large number ton of enemies, consider setting up a totem to take damage away from your character. Play in Adventure mode to unlock more Mavens and new cards for use in battle. During Adventure mode, you will receive a set of heroes to fight with. All of them have a specific set of cards, which are usually unknown. Study all the cards you have to find strong cards do not usually appear in your deck. Replay stages in Adventure mode to get a new assortment of cards that may offer an advantage. Gems are the game's premium currency. They are spent to get the best cards from the Card Shop (Gem Draw) as well as to improve your heroes. Gems are occasionally given as a reward instead of cards for logging in daily in the game. Complete the daily challenges to earn gems. Participate in Arena battles. You will earn five gems each time you start a new battle in the Arena, regardless of outcome. You will also get gems if you record and share your battle replay. When you advance to a new Arena rank, you will be given gems. Win in the Arena and progress through Adventure mode to unlock more Mavens.
