Set your device on a flat surface and have a friend control half the characters while you control the remainder. Different difficulties change the number of characters. Nightmare mode will let you play the game with three screen sections, Hell mode has four screen sections, and the Inferno features five screen sections at the same time. Assign a finger for each screen section. This will allow you to react faster than moving one finger between each character. Start with the "Nightmare" difficulty, then move to the higher difficulty levels as you become more skilled at controlling multiple characters. Change to landscape orientation to allow better view of upcoming obstacles, and more time to react.
