When you get a card of three star or higher rarity, begin leveling it. Work on your top card, followed by those in decreasing quality. Usually by the time you have completed upgrading your best card, you will also have other good cards to upgrade. When leveling them, keep in mind if you use the same element you will get an experience point bonus. Each island you explore will have a specific element that most monsters will have. Build your deck to use monsters that are strong against that particular element. Try having two of your monsters strong against the opposing element, and two others that are neutral. Inspect your monster cards to learn what is needed for them to evolve. Use everything else to level them up. Repeat previously completed levels to farm more cards and use them to level up your best cards. Elements that you match should not matter that much, as long as you can get four or five combo hits. If you the option, use elements that will harm your opponent the most. Save health tiles for when you take damage. You can swap elements by using the arrows button near the active one. Most monsters have skills that can be triggered after an certain amount of time or turns. Take advantage of those skills and use them when they will be most helpful. Defensive skills are usually good as soon as they become available. Save attack skills or tile changing skills for the correct moment. Your first upgrade should be your inventory, at the cost of at least two diamonds. As you obtain more Evolution cards, a limited inventory will make it difficult for you to keep them organized. Get your monster capacity between 20 and 30 to hold the Evolution cards as well as other monsters. More Cheats, Achievements
