After a battle, the health of all your fighters will need to be restored over time. To improve their recovery rate, either upgrade your houses or feed them food. To get more food, go to your base at the oak tree and tap the mushrooms at its roots and birds' nests in the branches to get consumables that will respawn. Animals such as deer and rabbits will appear on the battlefield. If you are safe, shoot them to collect meat to eat later.
