Controlling your speed is very important. Do not allow your ball roll to quickly and end up losing control. This is especially true when slants and slopes are present. Because gravity will naturally build your ball's momentum, do not add to that acceleration. To slow down, use quick backwards swipes. Use speed when appropriate to get shortcuts. When you are at a higher elevation and have a slope going down with a sharp turn, you may be able to get enough speed to bypass the slope and land on the lower platform.
