This can be done early in the game. When you enter the Bear Bar for the first time to meet your friend, you will see a man sitting on the right side of the room. In front of him is a plate with olives. Try to get one, then speak to the man and ask him for an olive. He will not want to give you one at first. Keep asking him until he does. After the olive in your inventory , speak with the bartender. He will allow you do his dishes because you owe him money. As soon as you enter the kitchen, try to do the following steps as fast as possible, with your goal being less than a minute. Open kitchen cupboard and take the soap. Open the fridge and take the cheese. Take the rat. Use the olive on the sink. Use the water faucet to fill the sink with water, Use the soap on the sink. Use the rat on the sink. Use the cheese on the dishes. Use the now clean rat on the dishes.
