Travel northeast from your spawn point and find the BBQ party either to the right of the dev's house or northwest of the pool and waterslide area. There is a boulder on a cliff directly above the BBQ party. Lick it and drag it to the field where the hillbilly is doing donuts, then place the boulder in front of him. More Cheats, Achievements
