Your first plot will grow carrots. Although not worth much, after leveling up a few times they will get a permanent production time increase and will be worth slightly more. After purchasing the first automated upgrade for your carrot plot, you will be given the chance to watch an advertising video, which in turn will give you a double profit bonus for four hours. Do this while actively playing the game to earn lots of money. As soon as you have enough gold, spend it on upgrades or a new plot. You have to spend gold to earn more gold.
