Tilt your device to force Buddyman to fall in that direction. By tilting slightly in the correct direction, you can try to put Buddyman against a wall or stuck in a corner. Keep the device tilted while damaging him to keep him pushed towards that stationary location. This is especially useful when using melee weapons.
