At the beginning of the game, buy only one colored property and wait for an opponent to land on it. Then mortgage off your property and trade it for the other colored property of your opponent. This will give you an unmortgaged property and leave the unmortgaging bill with your oponent. By doing this repeatedly you will drive your oponents into bankruptcy and give you plenty of cash to buy off their property. | Submitted by Syndish
