This is very simple but can be hard (Doesn't make sense lol).Keep slashing him with your weapon and his health will decrease very fast but don't attack him when he uses the ring.When he stops the first time using ring or second time he will start to attack and your health will go down a little fast.Use your "Throw knife" technique until he dies and then there!
