Complete Metal City: Mission 5 to unlock the Fastest board. Complete Digital Dimension: Mission 5 to unlock the Fastest Repair manual. Get the Legend board in Babylon Garden: Mission 5 on a hidden rail behind a tower after the jet. Complete Sand Ruins: Mission 5 to unlock the Legend Repair manual. Complete Egg Factory: Mission 5 to unlock the Powerful Gear board. The Powerful Gear Repair manual can be found between two fly rings in Sega Carnival: Mission 5. The Turbo Star board can be found between two fly rings in the centipede part of Green Cave: Mission 5. The Turbo Star Repair manual can be found on a rail over the river in Splash Canyon: Mission 5.
