To do this, you must have action replay. Then get the one that says jump (or mega jump but it really doesn't matter). Then when you come out through the start of dragon roost carven, jump and use the deku leaf quikly. Then keep holding R to keep flying up. When you are flying up make sure your on the side of valoo (the dragon). Then Link will be running on air!

Note: If you are over the dragon, just let go and you wil fall on air. | Submitted by GNScodes
