To get Breakthrough, obtain the seven Dragon Balls by buying them in Mr. Popo's Skill Shop. Each are 8000 zenie. They will be in the Recommended section the capsule will be black. When all seven are collected, go to to the Skills List in Edit Skills. Go to the Dragon Ball section and it will have a list of your collected Dragon Balls, if you have all seven, the menu will say "Do you wish to call Shenron?" Say yes. You will summon Shenron he will give three choices of Breakthrough. If he does not have what you want, take out the Memory Card your game is saved to, pick a Breakthrough and continue. Then switch the game off then back on and resummon Shenron, if he doesn't have what you want. Re-do the Memory Card trick and keep doing it until he has what you want. You can collect the Dragon Balls as many times as you wish. The price never go up or down. | Submitted by WesleyKnight
