A great Guild should be on your "To Do" list as quickly as your team reaches level 20. This is very essential, and I recommend taking your time to find a great team, as it can help you lots. You can either form a guild or join, and you can embellish it! It's one of my preferred functions, as you can also really satisfy the other players in game! The Guild is very crucial as it will also supply a shop where you can purchase great items from.
