This will actually by earned at 1,000 kilometers (or 621.4 miles) of driving.

Easy money

To get double the money from harvesting, take the load of whatever you have harvested and sell it to the freight yard. You will get the current price for it. Next, send the train on its way. You will get paid again 10 to 20 seconds later. Note: This also works when selling wood at the lumberyard.

Finding gold coins

To find all the gold coins, find the first ten. The remaining coins will now be revealed on the map.

Midnight glitch

Follow the quick money bee hive, solar panels, or wind turbine tip, because you need stuff making you money by the hour. Fast forward using the 120 time scale to exactly 11:59pm and pause and switch back to normal time scale. Then exit pause menu and repeatedly as fast as you can push in on the left joystick until midnight. You will see a 10X to 20X jump in your hourly cash for that hr, and the amount you make in an hour will flash 10-20X's. It only works at 11:59pm though.
