Death Decree

Somewhere near Dunroot Burrow upon a hilltop are a couple slabs of stone. On those slabs of stone is a dead person, with a Potion of Nighteye nearby, some skeletons, and a note. The note is called "Death Decree". Pick it up and read it. It says that a man named "Robert Wisnewski" was sentenced to death by Sheogorath. Robert Wisnewski is on the Bethesda staff list. The reason for his death sentence was for trying to grow a beard (in which you cannot have a beard except for Sheogorath in Elder Scrolls).

Duplicate items

Equip a Scroll that you have a multiple of (for example, Minor Heal Other x10). If you have ten scrolls you will get ten items. Swing a weapon. During the swing, open your inventory and select the scroll you equipped twice. You will not get a message. Drop the item to be duplicated. You can only duplicate things that you have less than the amount of scrolls you equipped. For example, with ten scrolls, you cannot duplicate fifteen potions. There is a way to get around this. Drop a few of the items you want to duplicate before you start this glitch so you have less than the amount of scrolls that you have. You can then pick them up afterward.

Duplicating Items after downloading Shivering Isles

This glitch allows you to duplicate items by using scrolls:

Step 1: Go to your inventory.
Step 2: Equip any scroll that you have multiple copies of (ex. 5 "Superior Convalescence").
Step 3: Once the scrolls have been equipped, press A again while still in the inventory.
Step 4: Drop the item you wish to duplicate (ex. Grand Soul Gem) - you must have less items than scrolls or it doesn't work.

You will now have the same number of items(ex. Grand Soul Gems) as you have scrolls!

Evidence chest

At the southern most point of the Shivering Isles, south of Madgod's Beet, is a cave called Corpserot Prison. Inside at the very beginning of the cave, you will find the evidence chest. It is in both Mania and Dementia. Note: On your map, Corpserot Prison is called Corpserot Passage.

Permanent enchantment

Duplicate the item you want to permanently enchant yourself with. You must have two of them. Equip one of the items. Proceed with the normal duplication glitch, but drop the unequipped item and you will notice that both of them drop. You will not be able to re-equip that item again, but the effect it granted is now permanent.

The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind reference

In Bliss, there is an Argonian named Big Head. Big Head's quest is to find The Fork of Horripilation. In The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind, there is an Argonian that lives on the island farthest to the northwest of the Sheograth Region. In Morrowind, sitting on Big Head's table is The Fork of Horripilation.

Unfinished NPC

In Knotbone Chamber (just north of the Gates of Madness, outside the fringe), there is a man named Thaelius. Thaelius has no dialogue. When you talk to him, the only text that appears is "NO DIALOGUE". He is just a regular NPC in every other way however. He has a journal in his possession talking about his alchemical exploits, and how they drove his girlfriend away from him.

Unlimited money

This isn't really a cheat. After you beat the main quest, talk to haskill about defending the realm. He will tell you about a settlement being attacked by some creatures such as gnarls, hunger, elytra, and others as well. Chose to take care of it yourself. Go and defeat all the creatures and you will get a message about how all of the creatures are dead. Fast travel back to the new sheoth palace and speak to haskill again about defending the realm. He tells you that the towns people are thankfull and have given you a gift. If you kill the creatures alone, you will get 1000 gold per save, and if you send the army and then help, you only get 500 gold. you can repeat this infinitely.

Note: if haskill says there is peace in the realm, just ask him agin until he tells you about another attack.
