In Chapter 2, Verse 3 or later, walk around the plaza from Verse 3 when not in a fight. Stand in front of the specified telephone and enter one of the following codes below to activate the corresponding cheat function. The "Weapons" phone is the left phone by the stairs. The "Accessories" phone is on the right. The "Characters" phone is the stand alone phone on the other end of the plaza. Note: A minimum number of Halos is required in order to activate the code.

Normally, Chapter 8 Verse 3 and Chapter 14 play remixes of BGM from Afterburner and Space Harrier. To hear the original tracks, hold down both LB and LT (X360) or L1 and L2 (PS3) as the proceeding cutscene ends.

Extra Costumes

To unlock the extra costumes, you have to beat all chapters for one difficulty (either Very Easy, Easy or Normal) first. Load your Clear Data, go to "Gates of Hell", and then go to "Rodin's Treasure" menu. You'll see a "Super Mirror" there, which cost 100.000 Halos. Purchase this, and you'll unlock the rest of the costumes (Couture Bullets). To change costumes, press RB (X 360) / R1 (PS 3) at the Chapter Start screen, go to "Costume Change", and then choose your costume there.

Successfully complete all chapters under the Normal difficulty setting.

Infinite Climax difficulty

Successfully complete all chapters under the Hard difficulty setting.

Mark wall

Hold [Shoot] when facing a wall that will display bullet holes when shot. Bayonetta will shoot the letter "B" or a small heart into that wall.

Play as Jeanne

Earn a "Platinum" rank on all results under the Normal difficulty setting.
Alternately, unlock the "Eternal Marionette" accessory.

Play as Little Zero

Successfully complete the "Lost Chapter".

Practice mode

Hold Back at the loading screen to lock it in Practice mode. Press Select again after the machine has completed loading to exit.

Weapons

Complete the indicated task to obtain the corresponding weapon.

Onyx Roses shotguns: In Chapter 1, defeat an angel (Beloved) then visit the shop to unlock this weapon and its alternate.

Shuraba sword: In Chapter 2, defeat two angels (Beloved) then visit the shop.

Kulshedra whip: In Chapter 3, defeat an angel (Fearless) for the first part of the weapon. The second part can be found in the fight after acquiring panther form. Fight past the first area to reach a small pool with Witch Time statues. Drop down into the water and turn to the left. Search the rocks to find a chest that contains the second part of the weapon.

Durga claws: In Chapter 5, defeating angel mini-bosses (Grace and Glory) for the first part of the weapon. The second part can be found at the coiled "snake" road that leads to the Staff of Jormungandr. When starting on the road, turn to the right to find the second part from the chest, which then becomes an Alfheim portal. The third part of the weapon can be found about halfway up the coiled "snake" road. Search the "rest area" found just before the road begins breaking apart to find a chest that contains the third part of the weapon.

Odette skates: In Chapter 6, look directly behind Bayonetta at the start to find the first part. The second part can be found behind a hidden wall in the second area that has the Inspired angels enemies. The third part is dropped by the angel (Joy) at the end of the chapter.

Kilgore launcher: In Chapter 9, the first part is found past a wall with a sun symbol at the first fight. The second part is dropped after defeating the enemy warships (Kinship). The third part is located near the shop portal after passing the Golem (metal sphere) in the town square. To reach it, jump the gap and go to the top of the stairs to find another wall with a sun symbol.
