Abyss difficulty

Complete all Raid mode stages except "Ghost Ship" under the Trench difficulty setting.

Custom Parts

Complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding part.

Bind 1: Execute dodge successfully 20 times.
Auto Loader: Complete game under the casual or higher difficulty without herbs or the Infinite Rocket Launcher.
Charge Shot 3: Complete the game under the Casual or higher difficulty.
Long Magazine 2: Successfully execute 10 fully charged physical attacks.

Good Start

It is best to start on Casual mode, as you can start a new game on Normal mode with all of your weaponry.

Hand print bonuses

Scan the indicated number of hand prints to unlock the corresponding bonus.

Green Herb: 1 hand print.
PSG1 rifle: 15 hand prints.
G18 handgun: 30 hand prints.

Hell mode

Complete the game under the normal or hard difficulty setting.

Successfully complete the game in Hell mode.

Raid mode herb

Complete a Raid mode stage, then smash the BSAA emblem that appears with a fully charged melee attack.

Raid mode name colors

Complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding name color.

Yellow: Earn 50 different bonuses.
Green: Earn 100 different bonuses.
Blue: Earn 150 different bonuses.
Red: Earn 200 different bonuses.
Purple: Earn all bonuses.

Raid mode stages

Complete the indicated task in the main campaign to unlock the corresponding stage in Raid mode.

Scanning Live Enemies

Scanning enemies before defeating them provides a much larger percentage, allowing easy access to herbs, although one must be proficient in dodging to be effective.

Stages

In the main campaign, you can unlock raid mode stages by doing following tasks:

Stages 1 to 7: Complete Episodes 1 to 3.
Stages 8 to 12: Complete Episodes 4 to 6.
Stages 13 to 17: Complete Episodes 7 to 9.
Stages 18 to 20: Complete Episodes 10 to 12.
Bonus Stage 21: Complete the game.
