Defeating Executioner's Chariot

Kill the first Necromancer enemy as well as any nearby skeletons in the Arena. Remain in the door area and cast Affinity. It will hit the chariot as it drives past. Repeat the process to defeat the Executioner's Chariot boss without moving further into the area or lowering the gate.

Defeating The Pursuer

Shoot him with one of the Ballista set-pieces in his arena. Although aiming will be difficult, a single shot will take out almost all his health.

Engraved Gauntlets Glitch (Pre-Patch)

If you have an unpatched version of the game, this glitch still works. The engraved gauntlets give a chance for a normal hit to do the damage of a critical hit, like a backstab or riposte. Keep attacking until you trigger a critical hit from the gauntlets, then take off the gauntlets. Every hit will now become a critical, for a lot of damage. Will only work on PvE because you cannot play online without patching your game.

Finding Cromwell The Pardoner

He is located in the second half of Brightstone Cove Tseldora, immediately after the Prowling Magnus and Congregation. Exit the church, then take a left to find a ladder. Climb it to find him up there.

Finding Felkin The Outcast

Felkin is located at the very start of Huntsman's Corpse, before the first bonfire. You will need a base 8 Faith and Intelligence in order to gain access to him. If you have 20 Faith or Intelligence, he will also give you the Hexer Set and Sunset staff.

Finding Licia of Lindelt

She is first found in the Tower of Flames after the regular Dragonrider. After exhausting her dialogue, she will move back to Majula at the device that unlocks the Huntsman's corpse on the way to Heide's Tower of Flames.

Finding Straid of Olaphis

Straid of Olaphis is located in Lost Bastille after the Ruin Sentinels near the bridge to Sinner's Rise. Initially he is petrified, surrounded by five rupturing hollows that deal physical damage. Straid will be at the opened jail cell. A Fragrant Branch of Yore is required to cure him. One can be obtained at the bottom of The Gutter, immediately before the fog gate to Black Gulch. After you cure him, he will sell the spells as well as offer you trading Boss soul services.

Fire Tempest Pyromancy location

At Shrine of Amana, go to the last hut before the entrance to the last bonfire. At Rhoy's Resting Place, exit the back door and look down to your right for a stone. Stand in front of the stone with the opening to Rhoy's cave over the back of your left shoulder. Walk straight ahead with some type of light to find the chest containing the Fire Tempest Pyromancy.

Gender Change Coffin

There's a coffin in Things Betwix in the sand circle where the fat big guy stand. If you enter in that coffin your character will swap its gender with the major facial details.

Iron Keep lava walking combination

Use the following pieces.

Armor: Head-Manikin Mask+6, Chest-Creighton's Chainmail+6, Hands-Manikin Gloves: +6.
Items: Small Orange Burr, Elizabeth Mushroom.
Legs: Dragon Acolyte Boots+6.
Rings: Third Dragon Ring, Flame Quartz Ring, Life Ring+2, Chloranthy Ring+1.
Spells: Resplendent Life, Flash Sweat, Resonant Flesh.

Royal Soldiers Ring

Look around the far edge of No-Man's Wharf to find a small room full of poison jars. The wall behind the two guards sleep at the table is false. Breach it with a spell to find some Souls and the Royal Soldiers Ring.

Secret rings

You can complete the game by entering new game plus. When you complete the game without resting at a bonfire or dieing you will be rewarded with two special rings, these rings will make your left hand and right hand weapon invisible, however, animation features can still be seen e.g twinblade spin effects. To get the right hand ring invisible you will need to go into new game plus without resting at a bonfire, for left hand, go into new game plus without dieing.

Sunlight Blade Miracle location

At Shrine of Amana, go to last the hut before the entrance to last the bonfire. At Rhoy's Resting Place, exit the back door and go to the right toward the big cyclops golem. Cast light or use a torch to avoid falling off the edge. Do not engage him. Walk by the edge until you reach a row of degraded pillars. Two mages will begin firing at you. Move towards them carefully and kill them. Proceed in the direction they were at. There is a fire seed behind a pillar and the Sunlight Blade Miracle is in a chest at the end.

Trading the Petrified Something

After obtaining the Petrified Something during character creation find the bird's nest in Things Betwixt. Place the Petrified Something in it to trade it for a random, and perhaps rare, item.

Vendrick's Blessing and True King's Crown

Obtain the Crown of the Sunken King, Crown of the Old Iron King, and Crown of the Ivory King from their respective DLCs. Then, enter the Memory of the King by doing the following. Open the gates at the Shrine of Winter and enter Drangleic Castle. Uncover the hollowed King Vendrick in the Undead Crypt, get the King's Ring, and enter Aldia's Keep. Reach the Ancient Dragon and get the Ashen Mist Heart. Interact with King Vendrick's armor in the chamber at the end of the Undead Crypt to enter the Memory of the King. Talk to King Vendrick, and for each DLC crown obtained he will say a specific dialog. If all three have been obtained, each of the crowns will be given a new effect after a short cinematic. While equipped, death no longer results in a hollow and you cannot be cursed. If you have also defeated King Vendrick and obtained the King's Crown along with the three DLC crowns, it will be upgraded to a new version, named the "True King's Crown".
