Developers team

Press L2 at the team selection screen in Exhibition mode until the Madden Developers team appears. Once selected, that team will always appear at the selection screen. The players on the team all have perfect ratings.

Gatorade celebration

Press L1 + R2 + L2 + R2 during the final thirty seconds of a game. Your players will dump Gatorade on the coach when the game is over.

More first round draft picks

In the draft in franchise mode you can get in between other teams trades. Simulate the current pick and immediately press the triangle button, and sometimes you'll come across two other teams trading. Just delete the picks in the trade for section and choose your team and trade a 7th round pick, and you can get a teams 1st, 2nd, and 3rd picks. You can also trade there players away as well so like they'll trade Tom Brady for rex grossman.

Recommended Franchise mode players

Obtain the following players.

Marcus Stroud: Turn him into a DT. He will be rated 87 at first and eventually drop to 81.
Shaun O'Hara: Obtain as a free agent to place him an any position. He will be rated 90.

Scouting and drafting

When scouting and drafting, sort each position by potential. Make sure the round projections are higher than if you wanted to sort again. Make a note of the players' names in tje order for each position. When drafting or scouting, the higher the player is on the board, the more likely he will be a good pick.
