Start with a team that is very good, such as UNC or Duke. If you do not like those teams, select an old team. You will need a team in the upper 80s overall. Make sure you have all your good players out and set the "Player Energy" option to "Off" so they will not get tired. Make sure you maintain the ball. If you stay near half court the other team will back off. If they do come out you can pass it to another player. Run down the shot clock. With about three seconds remaining you need to shoot. Make sure the ball hits the rim then get the rebound. You can shoot or start over. Once you manage to run down the clock, make about three shots. Then, do not foul. Call a time out and change your press setting to full court and always keep the ball until you win.
