Buildings never break down

Use a text editor such as notepad to edit the following files in the "c:\program files\cat daddy games\school tycoon\data\buildings" folder: "restrooms.ini", "academic.ini", "administration.ini", "athletic.ini", "entertainment.ini", and "food.ini". Locate the "DecayRate=0.0005" entry and change it to "DecayRate=0.0000".

Cheaper or free teacher

Use a text editor such as notepad to edit the "simulation.ini" file in the "c:\program files\cat daddy games\school tycoon\data" folder. Make the following changes:

[COST_VARS]
BaseTeacherSsalary = 0
TeacherSalaryPerSkillPoint = 0

Note: The value for "TeacherSalaryPerSkillPoint" does not have to be 0, but 0 makes teachers free.

Cheat Codes

During the game type " IAMACHEATER" to enable the cheat mode. Then use any of the following cheat keys:

Disasters do nothing

Use a text editor such as notepad to edit the "simulation.ini" file in the "c:\program files\cat daddy games\school tycoon\data" folder. Make the following changes:

HurricaneDamage = 0.0
EarthquakeDamage = 0.0
CharacterPathDamage = 0.0

Free buildings

Use a text editor such as notepad to edit the following files in the "c:\program files\cat daddy games\school tycoon\data\buildings" folder: "restrooms.ini", "academic.ini", "administration.ini", "athletic.ini", "entertainment.ini", and "food.ini". For example, in the "restroom ini" file, look for the "Cost=" and "OperatingCost=" entries. Change these to "Cost=0" and "OperatingCost=0". The items are now free. You must do this to all objects in there.

Grass will not grow

Use a text editor such as notepad to edit the "groundskeeping.ini" file in the "c:\program files\cat daddy games\school tycoon\data" folder. Make the following changes:

PathCost=0
GrassCost=0
FlowerCost=0

Have all buildings and no waiting

Use a text editor such as notepad to edit the following files in the "c:\program files\cat daddy games\school tycoon\data\buildings" folder: "restrooms.ini", "academic.ini", "administration.ini", "athletic.ini", "entertainment.ini", and "food.ini". Locate the following lines (names will be different depending on the building).

Locked=1
LockType=prereq
LockValue=Jantitor,HalfPipe,Minigolf,LargeBathroom

Change their values to:

Locked=0
LockType=None
LockValue=None

Increase Your Income, Instantly

Open a file named "simulation.ini", it should be somewhere in the installation directory. Next, find the entry "BaseDailyIncome", which is set to 2000 by default. This is your basic income taht you recieve each day. Change it to whatever you want, two millions maybe? So that you will recieve 2 millions Dollar per day! Next, find the entry "BaseIncomePerStudent", which is set to 250 by default. This is your daily income per stundent tgat attend your classes. Change it too. By this way, you'll be a millionare in no time!

Less points for more stars

Use a text editor such as notepad to edit the "simulation.ini" file in the "c:\program files\cat daddy games\school tycoon\data" folder. Locate the following lines:

PointsForOneStar=5.0f;
PointsForTwoStars=10.0f;
PointsForThreeStars=15.0f;
PointsForFourStars=20.0f;
PointsForFiveStars=25.0f;

Change all of those values to "0".

More money in levels

Use a text editor such as notepad to edit all of the *.ini files in the "c:\program files\cat daddy games\school tycoon\data\challenges\easy" folder. Find the "StartingCash=50000" entry and change its value to anything desired. Repeat the steps for all levels in the "medium" and "hard" folders as desired.
