Easy "Entomophobia" achievement

You can find butterflies during the first part of the game, on your way to see the Queen or in the Gardens. To scare them, select them when they appear.

Easy "Know The Ropes" achievement

There is no option that disables the tutorial at the main menu. Simply decline when asked during the first scene if you want to play the tutorial to get the "Know The Ropes" achievement.
