Go to the games folder and find the file config.ini. Open it with Notepad or a similar text editor and find the [Settings] section

Edit these lines to look like this

Ctrl + Alt + M - Reset help messages
Ctrl + Alt + C - Reset Collector Boxes
Ctrl + Alt + E - tune enemy speed
Ctrl + Alt + D - Set damage multiplier
Ctrl + Alt + G - No Damage
Ctrl + Alt + O - Unlimited Turbo
Ctrl + T - Win Mission
Ctrl + W - Lose Mission
