When you kick spors that like you 9 times you will get new quest body parts.
Hidden Cave
If you kick the first baby you see it will tell you about a hidden cave.
Making Muscles
This is done by first going to any nest and then pushing A on your hero's bones (only one bone). If you now press C you will make your hero's bones grow bigger and become muscle. This also works with body parts.
