Force a Suu Ankou
On the title screen, hold A, then press and hold Start. Continue to hold both buttons until the tiles are dealt, then release A and play as normal while holding Start. The CPU will attempt to deal you a Suu Ankou (four concealed pungs). Completing the Suu Ankou is not guaranteed, as the requisite tiles must still be available for play and it is always possible for the CPU to win first. However, this behavior can be used to the player's advantage to construct high-scoring hands. Continuing to hold Start will repeat this behavior through consecutive rounds.
