Shoot at the van that holds the money whenever possible to force it to drop money. Collect the dropped stacks of money when it is safe to do so.
Movement
Look at the road lines instead of the vehicles themselves to move through traffic easier. Keep your driving simple, and mostly limited to just moving forward and backwards. This will make it easier to control the bike and avoid collisions.
