Fast building
So, when you build something with resources and have to wait, click on another building to upgrade it. It will say 'your dozer can only work on one building at a time'. Then it should say 'and then should say 0 Medals to complete now'. Click that and bow you don't have to wait for you building and it doesn't cost you any medals to speed it up.
