There are four different character classes that can be used to create a squad. At first, you will only be able to choose the Recon class. As you level up, you will unlock the rest of the classes. Each class has their own set of weapons which makes them more effective for certain missions. Every class also has a unique skill tree that you need to build by gain levels.
Assault
Does great damage against enemies with additional ammunition. Uses assault rifles and pistols and are well suited for medium range combat.
Heavy
Specializes in close-ranged combat. Uses shotguns.
Recon
Specializes in quick action and exposing enemies. Uses SMGs and pistols and are well suited for close-to-medium range combat.
Sniper
Can eliminate enemies stealthily at long range.
Faster reloads
Enter the "Adjust Controls" menu and move the weapon selection button near your movement buttons. When arranged optimally you will be able to swipe to change out your weapon without having to worry about reloading.
Movement
Change your movement speed to become an elusive target. Enter the "Adjust Controls" menu and turn on "Auto-Sprint". This will allow you to always run. Keep moving to become a more difficult target to hit.
