Alternate costumes

Collecting three action figures in a level play to start a challenge against a Wolverine in an alternate costume. Defeat him to unlock the corresponding costume for use.

Blue/yellow Classic Wolverine: Defeat Classic Wolverine in his challenge.
Brown/yellow Legendary Wolverine: Defeat Legendary Wolverine in his challenge.
X-Force Wolverine: Defeat X-Force Wolverine in his challenge.

Easy "Found!" achievement

After you crash the jeep on the first level and continue, you reach an area with a barricaded gate. Climb over the rocks and go in. Defeat the enemies. Look for some boards over a small doorway off on one of the areas. Slice them up and enter to find the hatch on the ground near the back corner.

Easy "The Cake" achievement

There is a part in the Sentinel factory where you must freeze yourself to get past a heat detector. Move a teleporter all the way to the right. It will go through the wall and enter a secret room. Teleport there to collect the cake that is inside.

Easy "Thread the Needle" achievement

When falling during the Boss battle with the Sentinel, destroy the second turbine on the Sentinel's back. Fly through the large O-ring that falls off at the correct moment.

Easy "WoW!" achievement

Go to the Alkali Lake section of the Frozen Tundra (before the Agent Zero fight). Immediately after the long road section with the shield troops is a fallen tree. Enter the forest that leads to a cave. Inside will be the sword and skeleton. Collect up the mutagen.

Faster enemy reflex

Press A(2), X(2), Y(2), B(2), Y(2), X(2), A(2), click Right Analog-stick during game play while Wolverine is on screen and controllable. You will gain double reflex with every kill.

Gain Achievements with Cheat codes active

Normally using the Undying, Infinite Rage, and Double Reflex codes will block Achievements. However, there is a way to get around that, and still get achievements while using cheats. To do this, select replay mission. You can do this with any level, but the very first one that starts with Wolverine falling is recommended. Enter the cheats desired, then save and quit. Then, either continue current game progress or choose replay mission again. Now, you will have your selected cheats activated and will still get achievements. Note: This must be done with each new session.

Hard difficulty

Beat the game.

Immortality

Press X, A(2), X, Y(2), X, B(2), X, click Right Analog-stick during game play while Wolverine is on screen and controllable. Although you will lose health you cannot die.

Lost reference

The mysterious hatch is a reference to Lost. The hatch is the one from the end of the first series.

Portal reference

The Cake is a reference to Portal "The Cake is a lie".

The Cake trophy (from Portal)

In Chapter Three, the part where you have to freeze yourself to get to the mark prototype, instead of moving the teleporter to the left, move it all the way to the right through a small hole and teleport there. You will see the cake from Portal. There is also a mutagen in this room.

Press Y, X(2), Y, B(2), Y, A(2), Y, click Right Analog-stick during game play while Wolverine is on screen and controllable.

Wolverine's classic yellow and blue costume

Press A, X, B, X, A, Y, A, Y, A, X, B(2), X, click the Right Analog-stick during game play while Wolverine is on screen and controllable. Then, exit to the main menu and switch costumes.

The WoW! trophy is a reference to World Of Warcraft . "You feel a cold as you examine the sword and skeleton. A rustle of wind in the trees faintly echoes the name Arthas".
