Complete certain tasks/card sequences to unlock the cards. After you unlock them, they show up while you play, and many of those will likely be sequences, which require certain responses to continue along. When you complete sets and events and stuff, more cards will be unlocked and they may include new characters, and coming across them all while playing will net you this. (If you're really unlucky this might still take a while due to not drawing all your new cards for a while.)Various General Tips
